With an inspiring fifteen-year track record as a seasoned attorney (including nearly nine years as a law firm partner/shareholder) and executive leadership experience with an emerging growth company, Anish brings a unique blend of legal expertise and strategic insight to the table. Anish also knows his way around the boardroom. He has served on the board of directors of a law firm and many other for-profit and non-profit boards throughout his career, showcasing his commitment to organizational success. 

Throughout his legal career, Anish has demonstrated a sharp focus on business transactions, specializing in corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. His experience involves mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate formation, restructuring and governance, alongside complex real estate transactions.

Anish’s holistic approach to the legal practice is evident in his role as a key advisor to company boards and leadership teams, providing invaluable guidance on a spectrum of legal issues, while also counseling operational management teams on day-to-day legal matters. Early in his career, Anish gained a comprehensive understanding of the litigation practice, from discovery to trial, adding a nuanced perspective to his legal toolkit.

In his most recent role as President and CEO of a flexible office space provider, Anish orchestrated the expansion of the business into five major U.S. markets. His executive leadership involved not only providing strategic direction but also managing human resources and navigating the intricacies of a wide variety of third-party relationships. Anish’s leadership skills, combined with his legal prowess, make him a valuable asset for companies seeking a dynamic and strategic General Counsel.

Anish is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary’s University School of Law. Additionally, he completed the Global CxO Leadership Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, further enhancing his executive skill set.
